Raul photographs people and things that share stories about community, identity and human resilience through documentary photography and portraiture. He received a BFA from the University of North Texas and MFA from Texas Christian University.
His work has been featured in Glasstire, The Dallas Morning News, Aint-Bad Magazine, Art & Seek and KERA.
He is the editor and founder of the photographic platform Deep Red Press
